Entry qualification | High school / secondary education (or higher) All High school Transcripts/Grades (corresponding to the 3 or 4 high school years) The entry qualification documents are accepted in the following languages: English / Turkish. Often you can get a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. This is an easy procedure where the Provincial Department of Education in Istanbul (and in some cases a Turkish Embassy/Consulate) will provide the ‘Equivalency Letter’ (in Turkish ‘Denklik Belgesi’) certifying that the foreign High-School diploma is equivalent to its counterpart, the Turkish high school diploma. You must take verified copies of the entry qualification documents along with you when you finally go to the university. |

Language requirements | English If available, a record of scores for one English Language Competency Examinations (for example TOEFL or IELTS or Cambridge Certificate) . The English Language requirements are detailed below. IELTS: Minimum Score 6.0 If the future international student did not obtain a sufficient score from one of the English Language Competency Examinations, or did not take any test, then the student will be required to take the Istanbul Bilgi University -Institutional Exemption Test (BILET) upon arrival/registration. Those who fail the Institutional Exemption Test must register to the English Preparatory Program at Istanbul Bilgi University before beginning their academic studies. This preparatory year is not included in the total number of years of study required for graduation. The annual tuition fee for the English Preparatory Program is 8 100USD (taxes included). |

Overview
Over the last two decades the study of organizations and strategy has undergone a series of fundamental shifts in terms of theoreticalframeworks, research methodologies and issues. The fie ld has become much more “pluralistic” in terms of theories and research agenda. This proliferation in theory and practice refle cts underlying changes taking place in organizational forms and institutional settings in which they are located. The focus of organization studies is to map these shifts and to assess their implications for the various components of organizations – actors, practices and activities. In this way courses and research is directed to explore the actors, their activities and the organization/community in which they are embedded
